Five ways to cut the costs of your next flight

  • Fly the cheapest days. Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday are the cheapest days to fly.*
  • Choose connecting flights. While it’s true the connecting flight means more time in the air and more time in an airport, the savings can be worth it. Do the math, and see what works best for you.
  • Always compare airfares.
  • Don’t pay a bag fee. Try to change a big checked-bag for a small carry-on on your next trip and save up to $50.
  • Fly cheaper airports. If you have access to multiple airports it gives you another way to find a deal. Bigger airports are often cheaper but not always; again, you must compare.
